Clicker Training to Help Overcome Your Fears.
Many horse owners are dealing with fear around their equine friends.
The reason why this fear has developed is not important. Most of the time we even don't remember why it happened. Even when we do know the reason, like falling of a horse, being pushed around or run over in the paddock.....once the fear is there it seems to grow bigger in time. It grow sometimes so big, that it's keeping us from enjoying our horse to the fulliest.
We feed our horse, clean the stall and take care of our (unused!) tack to, at least, be around.
We would love to go back in time. The time we would just tack up our horse and go for a nice trail ride. But even brushing the horse, cleaning the feet and saddling up seem to be a major job with lots of struggles with this suddenly huge looking animal.
We don't know anymore how to communicate with our horse and we sure don't know where and how to start to make it better. We only feel our confidence going downhill, as soon we even just thinking about going for a ride. Or even just the thought to get the horse out of the pasture gives us a heart throbbing experience.
We sigh.
We're lost.
